Copyediting is a technical correction of your manuscript, to make your writing correct, clear, and consistent (the three C's of copyediting). We'll correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling; improve readability on the sentence level; and ensure consistency in facts and style. Our preferred style guide is The Chicago Manual of Style, but if you have an in-house style guide, let us know. Our copyediting service is recommended for most books and is a must before self-publishing.

NOTE: Before printing your book, we recommend proofreading for any remaining typos and formatting errors. Consider bundling a copyedit and a proofread—you’ll receive a 10% discount for both rounds.
